Return and Refund Policy


    1. We at Ancestry follow a 15 Day return policy for all our products(except when mention explicitly) shipped from our website. We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase fromthe website. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may call our Customer Support Team at +91-8318656294 (Available all working days of the week, 10:00AM to 06:00PM – Indian Timing) to request for a return, within 15 days
      of receiving the order.
      Please follow the steps below to return the product(s):

      b. Within 2 business days, you’ll receive pickup confirmation and details on your registered email address. Please ensure the item(s) to be returned are placed in the original packaging and all tags, accessories and parts are included
      c. Our logistics partner will reach out to you, within a maximum of 7 business days, for the pickup

      I. Name/image/brand/serial number/article number/bar code should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.
      II. The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and should be non-tampered actual products.
      III. The product should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.
      IV. Product’s original packaging/box should be undamaged.This confirmation of accepting the returned product(s) will be
      sent to you within 7 working days after we receive the shipment.
      We do not exchange any item for an alternative color, style or size. We suggest that you return your purchase for a refund (Refer to return policy) and place a new order with us.

      You may initiate cancellation of your order by calling our Customer Support Team at +91-8318656294 (Available all working days of the week, 09:30AM to 06:00PM – India Timing).
      Cancel initiation does not guarantee the cancellation of the product(s) and it may/may not be successful depending on the status of the order. If the cancellation has been rejected, then the order is already out for shipment and will be reaching you soon. Please note, an order can be cancelled only before the product(s) has become ready for shipment. After successful cancellation, the exact amount that was paid for the cancelled product(s) will be
      refunded to you in full. An order cannot be cancelled once the product(s) is ready to be shipped.
      Refunds are initiated once the returned product is received by Ancestry. We will refund the money once we are in receipt of the product in its original nature/condition. The refund shall be in the way the payment was made. If the payment was by Credit Card / Debit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card / Debit Card or Net-Banking account. Once the refund is initiated the amount will usually reflect in customer’s account in 5-14 days. Note: The refund timeline is subject to change based on the bank of the customer, mode of transaction and bank holidays falling in between. The Management’s decision with regard to damaged/defective product and/or issuance of refund shall be final and binding. Further, the Management reserves the unilateral right to modify/alter the aforesaid conditions/policy without prior notice and the same shall be final and binding.
